Lofts on Main is a mixed-use, mixed-income, and artist housing development on Main Street in the City of Peekskill. Completed in 2018, Lofts on Main consists of 50 affordable artist lofts, 22 middle-income lofts, and 4 commercial storefronts. Lofts on Main’s unique design features two story lofts with 16' high ceilings. Lofts on Main was also the first development in New York State to utilize the Middle-Income Housing Program and Neighborhood Revitalization Cross Subsidy Pilot Program.
