Who we are
A developer, a builder, and a landlord. On purpose.
Founded in 1996, Kearney Group began renovating multifamily, historic, vacant, and blighted properties across the Hudson Valley. In every case we forged partnerships with state agencies, city and county officials, and private investors. That method became the cornerstone of how we approach adaptive re-use and new construction in urban areas.
Because we develop, construct, and manage everything we own, decisions get made with the twentieth year in mind rather than the closing date. In 2014 we committed every future development to LEED certification.
